We had a mini orphans Thanksgiving this year – just Maria, B, Pete and I. We also managed to make the perfect amount of food – we threw a turkey breast and some stuffing in the crock in the morning and it was perfect come dinner time. The leftovers were almost exactly a serving of everything for both Pete and I, except for the cranberry sauce which we had a double of and Pete won’t eat anyway. And of course, Maria made this yummy sweet potato pie for our Thanksgiving dessert!
