Barley is notoriously not cuddly. As a kitten, Pete and Jamie played with him by wrestling with him and as a result he’s grown into a little attack cat. When he does choose to cuddle, he climbs into your lap (often while you’re trying to play video games or use your laptop – NEVER when you’re lap is empty) and then purrs his heart out while you pet him. Once he’s lulled you into a false sense of security, then he strikes. And holds on. Pete must have sat like this for at least 90 seconds while I grabbed the camera and got this shot.
