Doesn’t every sister sit on her brother’s head to show her love?! I caught them like this and had to take a picture…and then intervene to be sure she didn’t suffocate him. The poor guy was trying to kick her in the face to get free, but she was holding strong. To think we were worried when we brought her home that SHE would be the one getting beat up and abused!

Kitty Christmas
Pete and I celebrated our Christmas today, which also meant Christmas for the kitties – wrapping paper and ribbon to play with! Why spend money on cat toys when trash does such a great job of entertaining them?! This wrapping paper kept them happy for hours before we got tired of walking over it and threw it out.

Snuggle snuggle
I love when Barley lies with his paws on either side of something like this, like he’s holding on.
Pete rearranged the furniture in the living room recently and has been sitting in the chair instead of on the couch. The cats love taking turns snoozing on the back cushion like this. It’s rather adorable.
