Blossoms and Blue Sky

To make up for that all the horribly depressing rain we’ve had lately, we’re in the midst of a string of sunny, 60 degree days. This is from one of the trees along the Rose Kennedy Greenway near work. We haven’t got a TON of blossoms yet, but they’re definitely starting!

Check it out bigger and better!

Just walking to the T from work on New Years Eve! I liked this guys hat – so much more character than what you usually see in the freezing cold winter…but how is he not freezing his ears off?!

All my bags are packed, I’m ready to go

Off to NoVA/DC for a week, woohoo! Check it out large – it’s amazing.

There were some awful cute pictures of Barley, too, but I thought I’d spare you…see them here and here.

At the Garden

Rob and Carita are basketball fans, and the Celtics were playing the Minnesota Timberwolves who happen to have an Australian on their team. I lucked out and got some good seats for the game (last row, but not far from center court – actually a view pretty close to what you see on TV)

Also, this photo was a close second when I was picking what to post. I’m with you buddy, I’m not a Patriots fan either! In fact, I think I was the only one cheering for you instead of booing you when your buddies had you up there!

Remember

Rob and Carita are visiting from Melbourne (it’s been nine and a half years since I last saw them! TOO LONG!) and we ventured out to do some touristy things despite the cold and impending storm. This is Rob and Carita at the New England Holocaust Memorial. I can’t get enough of this – I think it’s one of the best done memorials I’ve ever seen.
