Kate and Justin’s “Rewind to Engagement” party was tonight – they ran off to Vegas and got married back in September, but Justin’s parents threw this get together for them to celebrate with local family and friends. Kate’s parents surprised her by sending a video of well wishes from her family back in Melbourne that Justin’s mom played for them. We had a blast getting dolled up and celebrating with good friends!

Z

I hung out with Tricia and Mackenzie, and I didn’t think you should see one of these without seeing the sequence. Pretty sure it was “You! Enough with the pictures!” going through her mind. I haven’t seen her since she was 4 days old…next time I’m not waiting 11 months for my next visit – she’s too sweet to see that infrequently.
These shots are actually SOOC, and I made myself a little template for the “storyboard”. I think it’s a little much, but it was fun to play with in PS. Looks better on a white background.

Bug Eyes

We headed to Mamy’s house to help them eat some of Loula’s Halloween spoils, and among all the tasty treats were two kaleidoscopes. Turns out, they make good stand in bug eyes.

Coming Out

Today was Will’s “Welcome to the World” party, aka his Coming Out. I did not take a lot of pictures. The one below is soft, but how cute is he? Also, how does Amy produce such large children? He’s wearing 6-9 month clothing at barely 4 months.

Mamma Mia! Here we go again
We went to see Mamma Mia! at the independent theater in Maynard (yay for movies under $10!!!), and for a while there we thought we were going to be the only ones in the theater. Unfortunately that was not the case, and the people that sat behind us talked through the entire movie. Also, who told Pierce Brosnan it was a good idea for him to sing? The movie was totally cute and fun, but the musical pieces were over produced. I heart Amanda Seyfried, though – she easily carried the movie.
