O & Me

O was staring me down while we were in the car. So I took her picture. She’s 7 months old now!

Also, I got my hair cut last night! I don’t think I can tell you how happy I am to have my hair back to a tolerable length!! Never again will I spend months going back and forth on growing my hair out.

Snotty!

O Bear is pondering what 2010 will have in store for her. Hopefully, it includes tissues.

Remember

Rob and Carita are visiting from Melbourne (it’s been nine and a half years since I last saw them! TOO LONG!) and we ventured out to do some touristy things despite the cold and impending storm. This is Rob and Carita at the New England Holocaust Memorial. I can’t get enough of this – I think it’s one of the best done memorials I’ve ever seen.

Pimms Cup

Let’s talk about SB. And how she has the memory of an elephant. I mentioned once, as we were walking past Charles Street Liquors, that they one of the only places in Boston that sells Pimms and I love Pimms. Months later, she shows up with a bottle of it as a birthday gift. And almost a month after that, Pete and I finally broke into it and have been drinking Pimms cup regardless of how out of season it is. Still tastes good!

Are you ready…

Norm and Lance came up to watch football and eat chili. I had too big a lens on to get Norm in the picture, but here’s Lance and Pete watching the game.

If you’re wondering, the cats DO NOT like doggy visitors, but we figure they’re gonna have to get used to it, because I LOVE IT. Here’s where Champ hid out for most of Lance’s visit – until he sat still long enough for her to make a dash for upstairs, which we had blocked off from him.
