Pete and I went for a walk/run (I walked, he ran) since we’re going to the movies tomorrow on our usual walking night. We stopped on the way home to visit with a bench in the park.

Heel Me
You can kind of see they yellow spot on my heel – that’s the blister starting to form from the seam where the sock liner hits the side of my walking shoes. It looks uglier than it feels – it doesn’t hurt and it will turn to a callus soon.
